I must say, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The specific details for the room type I booked clearly stated that it was a room with two double beds (accommodating up to four people), with bed dimensions of 181*210. My reservation also explicitly mentioned accommodation for three people (myself and my parents). However, upon arriving very late at night and being quite tired after the check-in process, I found a room with two single beds, approximately 120-130 wide. Due to the late hour, I reluctantly stayed for the night. The next day, I explained the issue at the front desk, showing them my Booking reservation and the room details, hoping for a prompt room adjustment. The front desk assured me they would address the issue and get back to us soon. Unfortunately, in the following days, no one contacted us, and there was no explanation provided. This was truly disappointing.
